The dell inspiron 11z is a 11" lcd netbook. The one thing I don't like about this laptop is the lack of hard drive activity light and kinda cheap plastic casing.This 11z came in with the power plug pushed back inside the laptop. It uses a cable style dc jack that plugs directly into the motherboard. It needs to be completely taken apart down the main board to access the jack.
On this 11z the plastic housing that holds the dc jack into place was broken and needed a special glue to hold everything back in place.
The 11z falls under our standard $65 parts and labor rate. Once put back together the notebook powers on and charges the battery again.
