This Samsung RV520 came in with a physically broken power plug. The customer reported tripping over the power cord and breaking the connection. As you can see in the picture the circular barrel that was there has been completely ripped out and needs replacement.We perform the ac plug repair for $65 parts and labor +$20 return shipping if needed.
The RV520 needs to be completely taken apart to the motherboard and requires soldering. If you don't have a quality iron and skills in soldering I would recommend not trying this on your own.
The Samsung uses a 7 pin style dc jack that's soldered directly to the motherboard.
Once replaced, the laptop powers on and works great!
