Acer One D255/PAV70 DC Jack Repair

This Acer One laptop came in with the classic symptoms of being able to hold the dc jack in just the right place to get it to power on. The customer reported it being dropped while plugged in and landing on the power cord. If I hold the tip of the power cord in just the angle I can get it to charge and power up.
The Acer D255 uses a cable style dc jack that plugs into the motherboard. If you get the entire cable jack no soldering is required. I actually buy the tip of the dc jack and solder it on to the existing cable for this model.
The notebook needs to be completely taken apart to the motherboard to access the dc jack and replace. It falls under our standard $65 parts and labor to replace the plug.
Once replaced the laptop powers on and charges the battery again.
